Utility lift systems requiring significant hydraulic power utilize the SE.56H.360.4.50D.150 for permanent submerged or dry-pit applications in municipal collection networks. This cast iron unit is intended for municipal and industrial wastewater applications where raw sewage containing solids must be moved reliably. It is engineered for service in infrastructure environments where liquid temperatures range from 0°C to +40°C.

The pump achieves a maximum flow of 12300 L/min and a maximum head of 46 m using a 36 kW 4-pole motor. Drawing 71 Amps on a three-phase 415 V supply, the unit incorporates an internal cooling jacket for thermal management. This integrated system provides reliable temperature control for high-capacity pumping in wastewater infrastructure.

Dynamics are controlled by an Open S-tube impeller with a 381.2 mm actual diameter and a 44 mm free passage for managing untreated wastewater containing solids. The nominal duty head is 29.26 m. Featuring a 200 mm inlet and a 150 mm outlet, the hydraulic design supports high-volume transfer while helping to reduce the risk of clogging in discharge systems.

Structural durability is provided by the EN-GJL-250 cast iron casing and a double mechanical SiC/SiC shaft seal. Protection features include integrated PTO sensors, moisture switches, and leakage sensors for proactive motor protection and monitoring in municipal collection systems. The unit includes a 10-metre S1BC4N8-F EMC power cable and an IP68 rated enclosure.
