This system ensures temperature stability for high-capacity performance in demanding municipal collection systems.
Hydraulic output is characterized by an Open S-tube impeller with a 392.4 mm actual diameter and a 44 mm free passage for managing untreated wastewater containing solids. The nominal duty head is 30.4 m. The design features a 200 mm inlet and a 150 mm outlet with DIN flanges, supporting high-volume transfer through high-head wastewater infrastructure.
Structural durability is provided by an EN-GJL-250 cast iron motor casing and pump housing with double mechanical SiC/SiC shaft seals. Protection is provided by integrated PTO sensors, moisture switches, and leakage sensors for motor protection and monitoring in centralized stations. The unit is supplied with a 10-metre S1BC4N8-F EMC power cable and an IP68 rated enclosure.
