Flood control projects and municipal stormwater drainage networks rely on the high-volume transfer capabilities of the SE.56L.185.6.50D.300 for centralized collection. This 6-pole cast iron pump is intended for municipal and industrial wastewater applications where untreated effluents containing solids must be moved. It is engineered for permanent service in infrastructure where liquid temperatures range from 0°C to +40°C.

The pump achieves a maximum flow up to 20940 L/min and a maximum head of 15 m when powered by an 18.5 kW motor. Drawing 48 Amps on a 415 V supply, the unit utilizes an internal cooling jacket for thermal safety. This integrated cooling allows for reliable operation during high-capacity transfer cycles in wastewater infrastructure.

Central to its hydraulic performance is the Open S-tube impeller with a 379.4 mm diameter and a large 105 mm free passage for managing untreated wastewater containing solids. The nominal duty head is 8.28 m. Equipped with dual 300 mm inlet and outlet DIN flanges, the design supports high-volume transfer while reducing the risk of clogging in municipal collection systems.

Structural durability is provided by an EN-GJL-250 cast iron pump housing and motor casing, featuring double mechanical SiC/SiC shaft seals. Safety systems include integrated PTO sensors, moisture switches, and leakage sensors for comprehensive motor health monitoring in centralized stations. The unit is supplied with a 10-metre S1BC4N8-F EMC power cable and an IP68 enclosure.
