Municipal grid projects requiring high-capacity discharge for untreated effluents utilize the SE.56M.410.4.50D.200 for submerged or dry-pit service in collection stations. This cast iron unit is intended for municipal and industrial wastewater applications specifically designed for managing raw sewage containing solids. It maintains operational safety in infrastructure environments where liquid temperatures range from 0°C to +40°C.

The unit achieves a maximum flow rate of 17340 L/min and a maximum head of 36 m using a 41 kW 4-pole motor. Operating on a 415 V supply with 78 Amps, the pump uses an internal cooling jacket for temperature control. This integrated system ensures that thermal stability remains high during high-capacity transfer in wastewater infrastructure.

Dynamics are controlled by an Open S-tube impeller with a 351 mm diameter and a 71 mm free passage for managing untreated wastewater containing solids. The nominal duty head is 20.03 m. With dual 200 mm inlet and outlet DIN flange connections, the configuration supports high-volume transfer while helping to reduce clogging in municipal collection systems.

Structural durability is provided by an EN-GJL-250 cast iron motor casing and pump housing with a double mechanical shaft seal system. Motor safety is monitored by integrated PTO sensors, moisture switches, and leakage sensors for operational reliability in grid systems. The unit is supplied with a 10-metre S1BC4N8-F EMC power cable and is rated IP68 for 30 metres depth.
