Operating on a 415 V supply with 78 Amps, the pump uses an internal cooling jacket for temperature control. This integrated system ensures that thermal stability remains high during high-capacity transfer in wastewater infrastructure.
Dynamics are controlled by an Open S-tube impeller with a 351 mm diameter and a 71 mm free passage for managing untreated wastewater containing solids. The nominal duty head is 20.03 m. With dual 200 mm inlet and outlet DIN flange connections, the configuration supports high-volume transfer while helping to reduce clogging in municipal collection systems.
Structural durability is provided by an EN-GJL-250 cast iron motor casing and pump housing with a double mechanical shaft seal system. Motor safety is monitored by integrated PTO sensors, moisture switches, and leakage sensors for operational reliability in grid systems. The unit is supplied with a 10-metre S1BC4N8-F EMC power cable and is rated IP68 for 30 metres depth.
