Product Overview

The fundamental casting choice of the housing dictates overall mechanical longevity inside challenging fluid processing centers. Built around an ultra-dense body, the Grundfos SE1.50.65.30.A.Ex.2.50D.B operates as a non-self-priming, single-stage, centrifugal pump designed for handling wastewater, process water, and unscreened raw sewage.

This uncompromising framework combats aggressive mechanical wear brought on by constant exposure to raw effluents. It forms a protective vault around sensitive internal electromechanical systems, mitigating microscopic warping under severe pressure and preserving the geometric alignments required for the complete rotational assembly.

Within the primary hydraulic pathway, the revolutionary S-TUBE impeller provides fluid acceleration and smooth handling of solids. Driven by an energetic 3 kW drive utilizing a strict 415v 3-phase supply, the mechanism outputs a maximum head of approximately 21.2 m alongside a maximum flow of approximately 1164 L/Min through its 65 mm ports.

A liquidless and maintenance-free cooling network autonomously dissipates core heat, ensuring safe continuous deployment in submerged or dry pit spaces. To facilitate rapid field maintenance, the unique stainless-steel clamp assembling framework guarantees the motor assembly can be swiftly disconnected for immediate visual inspection.
