Product Overview
Heavy industrial effluent networks experience constant abrasive loading that degrades standard fluid management infrastructure. Built to withstand these grueling operational parameters, the Grundfos SE1.80.100.30.4.50B.B is an exceptional non-self-priming, single-stage, centrifugal pump designed for handling wastewater, process water and unscreened raw sewage.
The immensely rigid cast iron structural framework acts as an impenetrable containment vessel against highly corrosive liquid contaminants present in deep collection pits. By successfully deflecting the violent physical shocks associated with rapid internal pressure changes, this dense housing prevents microscopic warping to reliably secure the geometric alignment of the internal rotational assembly.
Smooth hydrodynamic stability within the primary volute is achieved utilizing advanced S-TUBE impeller technology, accelerating dense media flawlessly without structural jamming. Powered by an energetic 3 kW drive directly wired to a strict 3-phase 415v electrical network, the unit achieves an impressive maximum head of approximately 12 m and accurately shifts an approximate flow of 2634 L/Min using 100 mm ports.
Drastically reducing the requirement for active on-site supervision, a sophisticated liquidless maintenance-free cooling network autonomously regulates internal core temperatures for safe continuous submerged or dry field deployments. An intuitive stainless-steel clamp assembling framework ensures the motor unit can be rapidly detached for necessary physical field inspection without complex dismantling toolsets.
