Environmental demands in sewage collection systems require the removal of contaminated grey water with a pH value between 4 and 10. The SEV.100.100.40.4.50B addresses these requirements by providing a solution for wastewater and effluent transfer duties. This unit is intended for drainage stations where reliable solids passage and continuous operation are necessary for infrastructure maintenance. The system maintains stable performance in dry or submerged installations prone to varying fluid ingress and temperatures up to 40°C in subsurface collection pits.

Hydraulic capacity is provided by a 4 kW four-pole motor operating on a 415v three-phase supply with a rated current of 9.6 Amps. This assembly generates a maximum flow of 2082 L/Min and achieves a maximum head of 14.1 m for gravity drainage and lift station applications. The motor operates at 1460 rpm, ensuring consistent pressure behavior and circulation characteristics during service cycles. Power is distributed through a 15-metre Lyniflex cable to support infrastructure in municipal wastewater networks and pump stations.

Internal centrifugal design utilizes a SuperVortex impeller configuration to facilitate the passage of solids in suspension. This design handles particles up to 100 mm in diameter, preventing the internal clogging that could otherwise compromise volumetric efficiency over long-term service. By utilizing a vortex flow path, the unit minimizes internal friction and vibration to protect the rotating assembly during prolonged discharge. The impeller handles liquids containing organic materials without internal clogging to maintain operational flow behavior in municipal collection pits.

Mechanical integrity is reinforced by a cast iron pump body and motor shell with an IP68 enclosure rating for protection against environmental contamination. Motor protection is anchored by a double mechanical shaft seal arrangement featuring a SiC/SiC primary seal and CER/CARNBR secondary seal in an oil bath. This unit includes an internal thermal sensor for motor monitoring and protection in submerged conditions. The casting includes a DN 100 inlet and DN 100 outlet connection for integration into standard wastewater infrastructure and treatment plants.
