    Pairs well with

Municipal wastewater systems and centralized lift stations are the primary applications for the Grundfos SL1.100.100.75.4.50B.C, a high-capacity submersible pump certified under CE EN12050-1. This cast iron unit is intended for permanent installation in civil wet wells and is developed for handling raw effluents containing large solids in high-demand municipal networks.

The unit features a 7.5 kW 4-pole motor operating at 1462 rpm on a 3 x 415V supply with a rated current of 14.4 Amps. It achieves a maximum head up to 19.5 m and maximum flow up to 4866 L/min. The motor is designed for continuous S1 duty in untreated wastewater with temperatures between 0°C and 40°C. The motor is cooled by the surrounding pumped liquid during normal submerged operation.

An S-tube impeller provides a 100 mm free passage for untreated wastewater containing solids while helping reduce the risk of clogging. Hydraulic connections include a DN 150 inlet and a 4" (100 mm) outlet with DIN flanges. This single-vane hydraulic path facilitates the conveying of raw effluents through municipal discharge piping.

Built with an EN-GJL-250 cast iron pump housing and motor casing, the unit includes a double mechanical SIC/SIC seal system. Integrated PTC sensors and moisture sensors are used for seal and motor monitoring. Motor safety is provided by winding-embedded thermal switches, 10 metres of LYNIFLEX power cable, and an IP68 enclosure rating. The pump is suitable for installation depths up to 7 metres.
