Product Overview
High-volume transfer in civil infrastructure is the primary application for the Grundfos SL1.100.150.75.4.50B.C, a submersible wastewater pump intended for permanent installation. Holding CE EN12050-1 approval, this unit is built for municipal wet wells and basins prone to untreated wastewater containing large solids. It is developed for handling raw effluents in high-demand networks.
Operating on a 3 x 415V supply with a rated current of 14.4 Amps, this model features a 7.5 kW 4-pole motor operating at 1462 rpm. It achieves a maximum head up to 19.4 m and maximum flow up to 4998 L/min. The motor is designed for continuous S1 duty in untreated wastewater at temperatures between 0°C and 40°C. The motor is cooled by the surrounding pumped liquid during normal submerged operation.
The S-tube impeller is designed for untreated wastewater containing solids up to 100 mm while helping reduce the risk of clogging. The hydraulic design features a DN 150 inlet and a 6" (150 mm) outlet with DIN flange standards. This configuration supports high-volume fluid transfer in municipal wastewater systems.
Construction features EN-GJL-250 cast iron for the pump housing and motor casing. Protection includes a double SIC/SIC mechanical shaft seal arrangement and integrated PTC thermal sensors for motor monitoring. Integrated moisture sensors are included for seal and motor monitoring, along with a 10-metre LYNIFLEX cable and IP68 enclosure rating. The pump is suitable for installation depths up to 7 metres.

Can this pump clear unscreened raw sewage and fibrous waste?
Spherical solids and particulate up to 100 mm pass freely through the Grundfos SL1.100.150.75.4.50B.C, thanks to its debris-resistant runner.
What connection layout and port dimensions are featured on this unit?
Discharge pipework interfaces directly with the SL1.100.150.75.4.50B.C through a standard guide rail auto-coupling for quick field installation.
How much fluid can this pump evacuate during peak demand?
At full operating capacity, the SL1-100-150-75-4-50B-C moves up to 4998 L/Min to keep liquid levels controlled during peak inflow.
How many meters of dynamic lift does this pump provide?
Under rated operating head, the SL1 100 150 75 4 50B C can lift water to a maximum dynamic head of approximately 19.4 m through vertical risers.
How much electricity and current does this pump draw under load?
Running on 415 V three-phase power supplies, the SL1/100/150/75/4/50B/C is driven by a 7.5 kW motor rated at 14.4 Amps.
