Product Overview
Municipal networks experience brutal fluid surges containing dense materials that threaten transfer channels. Addressing these loads, the SL1.95.100.200.4.52H.N.51D.A.T establishes an extraction baseline utilizing its 150 mm inlet and 100 mm outlet. Functioning continuously within flooded pits, this asset clears hazardous wastewater, neutralizing the bottlenecks that endanger commercial complexes.
Secured within a premium cast iron housing, the fluid chamber features an S-Tube impeller calibrated to enforce a massive 95 mm free passage. This expanded internal clearance guarantees severely contaminated sewage flows unobstructed. By eliminating choke points where sludge traditionally accumulates, the system spares processing facilities from disastrous emergency overflow events.
Supplying kinetic energy is a durable 20 kW Grundfos 4-pole motor cleanly tethered to a 415v three-phase grid. This heavy drive configuration converts power into fluid motion, reliably reaching a maximum head of approximately 27 m alongside a huge 4986 L/Min flow capacity.
Actively defending against submersed threats, the pump incorporates moisture switches and motor-protection thermistors natively within its core. These barriers monitor the internal casing climate to detect hazardous liquid breaches, saving essential plants from failure.
Features
- Features an advanced double shaft seal constructed in an easily accessible cartridge layout to permit rapid field replacements without requiring specialized heavy tools.
- Integrates a modular quick release cable entry connector that effectively allows the fifteen-meter power cord to be fully disconnected without removing the upper motor top.
- Constructed utilizing a primary pump volute and main motor casing cast entirely from EN 1561 EN-GJL-250 grade iron to guarantee maximum mechanical submersed resilience.
- Engineered with a highly durable secondary shaft seal utilizing an advanced silicon carbide and carbon mechanical friction material combination to actively block moisture.
- Fully rated to handle relentless extraction operations in dense liquid temperature ranges spanning from ten to forty degrees Celsius within permanent municipal networks.
- Configured to securely handle massive fluid transfers at a maximum installation depth of twenty meters while safely maintaining an exact eight bar operating pressure boundary.
