Product Overview
With a net physical weight of 28 kg, the TP 50-120/2 inline centrifugal pump provides fixed mounting stability in commercial plant rooms. The hydraulic assembly features a stainless steel impeller delivering a rated flow volume of 288 L/Min at 12 m maximum head across continuous duty cycles.
Constructed with an EN-GJL-250 cast iron casing, the housing body features cataphoresis electrocoating surface treatment for internal corrosion protection. The internal hydraulic assembly contains a precision stainless steel impeller fitted with bronze wear rings and a maintenance-free mechanical shaft seal. Net product weight measures 28 kg for fixed mounting placement in mechanical plant rooms.
The motor operates on a 415 V three-phase supply rated at 3.30 Amps nominal operating current. Operating liquid temperatures span from -25°C to 120°C under maximum working pressures up to 16 bar. In-line opposite port geometry with DN 50 flanged connections enables mounting directly into straight pipework lines or onto foundation bases.
Motor protection features an IP55 enclosure rating with Class F thermal insulation and integrated PTC thermistors. Top-pull-out structural design enables removal of the motor head and impeller assembly without dismantling the pump housing from connected system pipework lines during scheduled servicing routines.

How many meters of dynamic lift does this pump provide?
To overcome vertical elevation resistance, the Grundfos TP 50-120/2 develops a maximum pumping head of approximately 12 m.
How much fluid throughput does this pump move under full load?
At full operating capacity, the TP 50-120/2 moves up to 288 L/Min to keep liquid levels controlled during peak inflow.
How is the pump casing constructed to resist mechanical and fluid wear?
Structural defense on the TP-50-120-2 is provided by a rugged Cast Iron casing designed to withstand heavy mechanical stress.
What electrical voltage and motor kilowatt output drive this unit?
Running on 415v three-phase power supplies, the TP 50 120 2 is driven by a 0.75 kW motor rated at 3.3 Amps.
How deep can this pump be installed underwater in a wet well?
Routine operational thermal ceilings enable the TP/50/120/2 to process liquids -25°C to 120°C.
