Product Overview
The top-pull-out service layout of the TP 80-240/4 inline centrifugal pump enables maintenance personnel to extract the motor head and impeller assembly without disturbing volute housing connections to main system pipework lines during scheduled inspection routines.
The hydraulic volute yields 1107 L/Min rated flow output at a maximum operating head threshold of 24 m. Solid cast iron housing construction carries line working pressures up to 16 bar. A precision bronze impeller and BQQE seal drive fluid transfer. Total net weight stands at 181 kg.
The 5.5 kW electric motor runs on a 415 V three-phase power source with a rated current draw of 10.8 Amps. Circulating media temperatures span from -25°C to 120°C under maximum line working pressures of 16 bar. Opposite DN 80 flanged ports facilitate line connection.
Protected by an IP55 motor enclosure, the electrical drive includes Class F insulation and integrated PTC thermistor sensors. Service access relies on top-pull-out engineering, enabling motor head extraction while casing flanges remain bolted in place.

Is the pump body built to withstand harsh and corrosive liquids?
Built with a resilient high-grade alloy body, the Grundfos TP 80-240/4 maintains material durability against fluid abrasion and wear.
What electrical connection and motor power run this pump?
Connecting across 415 V three-phase lines, the TP 80-240/4 draws approximately 10.8 Amps with an efficient 5.5 kW motor.
How deep can this pump be submerged underwater?
Fluid media ranging -25°C to 120°C can be circulated through the TP-80-240-4 without thermal breakdown.
How much vertical head pressure can this pump generate?
To overcome vertical elevation resistance, the TP 80 240 4 develops a maximum pumping head of approximately 24 m.
How much water flow can this pump deliver per minute?
At full operating capacity, the TP/80/240/4 moves up to 1107 L/Min to keep liquid levels controlled during peak inflow.
