    Pairs well with

At 15 kW with 125 mm ports, the TPE3 125-380 handles heavy-duty circulation in large plant-room systems. The close-coupled, in-line layout removes the need for a baseplate, and the rotating assembly lifts clear for impeller or seal changes.

The pump housing is cast iron (EN-GJL-250). The rotating assembly uses a cast iron impeller, 148 mm in diameter, built for closed-loop water service. The shaft seal is a BQQE mechanical seal per EN 12756. Pipe connection is via PN 16 DIN flanges (EN 1092-2) with DN 125 ports and a port-to-port length of 620 mm. Net weight is 199.0 kg.

    A 15 kW motor operates between 360 and 4000 rpm, drawing 26.7-22.0 A from 3 x 380-480 V. Maximum flow is 11754 L/Min (195.90 m³/h) and maximum head is 38 m, with a rated flow of 11754 L/Min at 23.67 m of head.

Driven by a fan-cooled permanent-magnet synchronous motor classified IE5 per IEC 60034-30-2, the pump carries a built-in frequency converter and PI controller for continuously variable speed. Enclosure class is IP55 with class F insulation. Liquid temperature range is -25 to 120 °C.

    Features

    • Cast iron impeller for closed-loop water service
    • Top-pull-out power head lets the motor and impeller be withdrawn without breaking the pipe flanges
    • Built-in frequency converter and PI controller give continuously variable speed without external drives
    • IE5 permanent-magnet motor carries no slip losses typical of induction motors
    • Class F insulation under an IP55 enclosure keeps the windings sealed against dust and moisture
    • PN 16 DIN flanges (EN 1092-2) accept standard 125 mm pipe
