Close-coupled and in-line, the TPE3 50-240 is built for chilled-water and heating circuits where variable speed is needed. Its single-stage volute with equal ports mounts directly in the run, and the rotating assembly lifts out from the top for maintenance.
The pump housing is cast iron (EN-GJL-250). The rotating assembly uses a corrosion-resistant composite impeller, 74 mm in diameter, suited to treated and untreated water. The shaft seal is a BQQE mechanical seal per EN 12756. Pipe connection is via PN 6/10 DIN flanges (EN 1092-2) with DN 50 ports and a port-to-port length of 280 mm. Net weight is 29.4 kg.
Speed varies from 480 to 4000 rpm on a 2.2 kW, 3 x 380-500 V supply (4.35-3.55 A). Maximum flow is 1986 L/Min (33.10 m³/h) and maximum head is 24 m, with a rated flow of 1986 L/Min at 19.6 m of head.
Driven by a fan-cooled permanent-magnet synchronous motor classified IE5 per IEC 60034-30-2, the pump carries a built-in frequency converter and PI controller for continuously variable speed. Enclosure class is IP55 with class F insulation. Liquid temperature range is -25 to 120 °C.
