    Pairs well with

With 80 mm ports and a 2.2 kW motor, the TPE3 80-180 covers medium-flow, low-to-medium head duties in building services. The in-line layout drops into existing piping, and the top-pull-out design keeps maintenance quick on plant-room installations.

The pump housing is cast iron (EN-GJL-250). The rotating assembly uses a corrosion-resistant composite impeller, 90 mm in diameter, suited to treated and untreated water. The shaft seal is a BQQE mechanical seal per EN 12756. Pipe connection is via PN 10 DIN flanges (EN 1092-2) with DN 80 ports and a port-to-port length of 360 mm. Net weight is 38.5 kg.

    Speed varies from 360 to 4000 rpm on a 2.2 kW, 3 x 380-500 V supply (4.15-3.4 A). Maximum flow is 3030 L/Min (50.50 m³/h) and maximum head is 18 m, with a rated flow of 3030 L/Min at 12.8 m of head.

Driven by a fan-cooled permanent-magnet synchronous motor classified IE5 per IEC 60034-30-2, the pump carries a built-in frequency converter and PI controller for continuously variable speed. Enclosure class is IP55 with class F insulation. Liquid temperature range is -25 to 120 °C.

    Features

    • Composite impeller resists corrosion in treated and untreated water
    • Top-pull-out power head lets the motor and impeller be withdrawn without breaking the pipe flanges
    • Built-in frequency converter and PI controller give continuously variable speed without external drives
    • IE5 permanent-magnet motor carries no slip losses typical of induction motors
    • Class F insulation under an IP55 enclosure keeps the windings sealed against dust and moisture
    • PN 10 DIN flanges (EN 1092-2) accept standard 80 mm pipe
