The TPE3 80-210 is a 3 kW, 80 mm in-line pump aimed at variable-speed HVAC and process circulation. Equal suction and discharge ports let it fit straight into the run, and the power head pulls out from the top for fast impeller access.
The pump housing is cast iron (EN-GJL-250). The rotating assembly uses a corrosion-resistant composite impeller, 120 mm in diameter, suited to treated and untreated water. The shaft seal is a BQQE mechanical seal per EN 12756. Pipe connection is via PN 16 DIN flanges (EN 1092-2) with DN 80 ports and a port-to-port length of 360 mm. Net weight is 58.8 kg.
Running at 360-4000 rpm, the 3.0 kW motor draws 5.80-4.80 A from 3 x 380-500 V. Maximum flow is 4068 L/Min (67.80 m³/h) and maximum head is 21 m, with a rated flow of 4068 L/Min at 13.7 m of head.
Driven by a fan-cooled permanent-magnet synchronous motor classified IE5 per IEC 60034-30-2, the pump carries a built-in frequency converter and PI controller for continuously variable speed. Enclosure class is IP55 with class F insulation. Liquid temperature range is -25 to 120 °C.
