With a 7.5 kW motor and 80 mm ports, the TPE3 80-340 is built for demanding circulation duties in large building services. The in-line, close-coupled layout means no alignment work, and the power head lifts off to give access to the impeller and seal.
The pump housing is cast iron (EN-GJL-250). The rotating assembly uses a cast iron impeller, 153 mm in diameter, built for closed-loop water service. The shaft seal is a BQQE mechanical seal per EN 12756. Pipe connection is via PN 16 DIN flanges (EN 1092-2) with DN 80 ports and a port-to-port length of 440 mm. Net weight is 90.2 kg.
Draws 14.1-11.2 A from a 3 x 380-500 V supply at 7.5 kW, running 360-4000 rpm. Maximum flow is 5676 L/Min (94.60 m³/h) and maximum head is 34 m, with a rated flow of 5676 L/Min at 22.8 m of head.
Driven by a fan-cooled permanent-magnet synchronous motor classified IE5 per IEC 60034-30-2, the pump carries a built-in frequency converter and PI controller for continuously variable speed. Enclosure class is IP55 with class F insulation. Liquid temperature range is -25 to 120 °C.
