Product Overview
Operating on a 18.5 kW motor drive, the TPE3 80-560 single-stage inline pump handles fluid transfer across commercial building services, cooling tower circuits, and hydronic heating headers. Standardized DN 80 suction and discharge flanges permit inline line mounting, eliminating complex foundation coupling procedures.
Liquid handling performance provides a nominal flow rate of 2132 L/Min against a maximum head limit of 44.5 m. The cast iron volute body (EN-GJL-250) offers corrosion barrier protection for hydronic loops. The internal rotor houses a Cast iron impeller assembly supported by a BQQE shaft seal. Equipment net weight stands at 145 kg.
Engineered for Three-phase electrical systems (3 x 380-480 V), the 18.5 kW motor draws 33.0 Amps full-load current. Operating liquid temperatures cover a wide -25°C to 120°C span up to 16 bar system working pressure. Opposite DN 80 inlet and DN 80 discharge flanges provide standard pipe header compatibility.
Enclosure protection meets IP55 weatherization standards, supported by Class F motor insulation against high ambient temperatures. An onboard frequency converter with closed-loop PI control allows real-time variable speed tuning. The top-pull-out power head geometry permits technicians to perform seal or impeller maintenance while keeping the volute casing installed in system pipework headers.
Features
- Corrosion-resistant Cast iron impeller rotor is precision-balanced to minimize operational vibration and extend bearing lifecycle.
- Standardized DN 80 flanged connections comply with EN 1092-2 for seamless drop-in integration into commercial pipe headers.
- Maintenance-free BQQE mechanical shaft seal prevents fluid leakage and maintains seal integrity under elevated working pressures.
- IP55 motor enclosure protection guards internal electrical components against ambient dust accumulation and water splash ingress.
- Class F thermal motor insulation permits continuous operation under elevated fluid temperatures ranging from -25°C to 120°C.
- Equal suction and discharge port diameters enable straightforward inline installation without requiring custom pipe reducer spools.
- Integrated variable frequency converter with PI controller modulates motor RPM dynamically to balance flow demand and lower energy usage.
