The Grundfos Unilift KP.150.A.1 is a submersible drainage pump designed for clean water drainage together with storm water and grey water handling. Built from corrosion-resistant stainless steel materials, the pump is suitable for domestic drainage duties and light industrial applications where dependable automatic operation is required. Its compact construction and automatic level control make it suitable for a variety of drainage installations requiring reliable water removal performance.
The hydraulic system is powered by a 0.15 kW (P2) motor operating from a standard 240V electrical supply and drawing a rated current of 1.3 Amps. Designed for efficient water transfer, the pump delivers a maximum flow rate of 142 L/Min through its 1¼ inch discharge connection. Hydraulic performance is further supported by a maximum head of 5.5 metres, providing reliable operation across a broad range of drainage applications.
Fluid movement is provided through a semi-open impeller specifically designed for drainage applications. The hydraulic design permits the passage of particles up to 10 mm in size, making the pump suitable for water containing small suspended solids. Working alongside the stainless steel strainer, the pump is capable of reducing water levels down to approximately 100 mm, helping maximise water removal from pits, tanks and drainage areas.
All components in contact with the pumped liquid are manufactured from stainless steel to provide excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. Certified to IP68 enclosure standards, the unit supports liquid temperatures up to 50°C and installation depths of up to 2 metres. Automatic operation is provided through a float switch that starts and stops the pump according to changing water levels.
