High-capacity fluid extraction from confined drainage pits and restricted installation spaces requires a pumping solution that combines strong hydraulic performance with dependable automatic operation. Designed specifically for applications where conventional float switches may have limited movement, the Unilift KP.350.AV.1 operates as a submersible drainage pump for clean water drainage, storm water handling and grey water applications. Its compact vertical float arrangement makes it particularly suitable for narrow pits and drainage chambers.

The heavy-duty drive system utilizes a 0.35 kW (P2) motor operating from a standard 240V single-phase power supply while drawing a rated current of 3.2 Amps. Designed for high-capacity drainage duties, the hydraulic system delivers a maximum flow rate of 233 L/Min through its 1¼ inch discharge connection. The hydraulic design also develops a maximum head of 9 metres, providing reliable vertical lift performance across a broad range of drainage applications.

Water transfer is managed by a semi-open impeller specifically developed for drainage duties. The hydraulic passage permits the movement of particles up to 10 mm in size, making the pump suitable for handling water containing small suspended solids commonly encountered in storm water and grey water applications. Working together with the stainless steel strainer, the pump can reduce water levels down to approximately 100 mm, helping maximise water removal from pits, tanks and drainage chambers.

Constructed with stainless steel components in contact with the pumped liquid, the unit provides excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. Rated to IP68 standards, the pump supports liquid temperatures up to 40°C and installation depths of up to 2 metres. A vertical float switch provides automatic operation in restricted spaces, while the integrated non-return valve helps reduce backflow within the discharge system.
