It is sized for smaller domestic loops, such as those serving single-family homes with a dedicated hot water return.
The pump is rated for 20.7 L/Min at 3 m of head, running at a fixed continuous speed on 90 W and 0.34 A from a 1 x 240 V supply. Because output isn't adjustable, sizing during specification is important, but the unit has no speed selector to configure over the course of its service life.
A stainless steel pump housing paired with a composite impeller makes the UP 20-30 N suitable for potable water circuits, with the wetted parts resisting corrosion in oxygenated domestic supplies. Liquid temperatures up to 110°C and system pressures to 10 bar are supported, covering both standard tank heaters and higher-temperature tankless units.
Housed to IP44 for undercover fitting, the pump has a 150 mm port-to-port length and 1 1/4 inch threaded connections that align with common domestic pipework. Impedance-protected motor construction incorporates overload protection directly into the winding, eliminating the need for external starters or relays.
