Product Overview
Underfloor heating loops and longer radiator circuits often require slightly more flow than a compact pump provides, and the 180 mm-bodied Grundfos UPS 25-60 covers that gap while retaining the cast iron construction suited to closed-loop systems. It is built for domestic heating installations where the pump sits within a sealed circuit rather than a potable water line.
At full speed the pump reaches approx. 71.8 L/Min with a maximum head up to 6 m, drawing 60 W and 0.28 A from a 1 x 240 V supply across its top setting. The three-speed switch allows output to be reduced on smaller zones, with power stepping down to 50 W at the lowest setting to match actual heat demand.
As with other models in the UPS range, a canned rotor eliminates the mechanical shaft seal, with bearings lubricated by the system water itself. The cast iron housing and composite impeller are maximum flow of liquid temperatures from 2°C to 110°C, covering both standard radiator loops and underfloor manifolds running at lower flow temperatures.
Maximum operating pressure is 10 bar, and the pump carries an IP44 enclosure rating for undercover installation. At 180 mm port-to-port with 1 1/2 inch connections, it shares its footprint with the 130 mm model's wider sibling in the cast iron heating range.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
