    Pairs well with

Combining three-phase electrical operation with a high-head hydraulic design, the Grundfos UPS 40-120 F 415V circulator pump suits commercial heating headers and tall building water distribution circuits. It provides maximum circulation through high-pressure-drop heating coils and plate heat exchangers.

Manufactured from EN-GJL-250 cast iron, the 250 mm port-to-port housing encloses a corrosion-resistant AISI 304 stainless steel impeller, rotor cladding, and bearing plate. The unit accommodates fluid temperatures between -10°C and 120°C with a maximum working pressure of 10 bar, weighing 17.7 kg.

The 3 x 400-415 V 50 Hz motor has a maximum power input (P1) of 460 W and consumes up to 460 W at 0.92 A at top speed, offering three selectable operational speed steps. Output metrics reach a maximum head of 7.43 m and a calculated flow rate of 11.2 m³/h (187 L/Min) connected via DN 40 DIN flanges.

A sealless canned rotor construction uses the pumped liquid to cool the motor and lubricate the ceramic bearings. Ingress protection is certified to IPX4D with Class F winding insulation, while internal thermal protection contacts connect to external control panels.
