The Lowara 10HM05S-MSC22 is a high-capacity pressure-boosting system with stainless steel hydraulics, combining a 55.3-metre pump with a Mas-Control electronic pressure controller. This packaged unit is intended for commercial and light industrial applications requiring substantial head and flow with corrosion resistance.
The AISI 304 stainless steel pump body and impellers deliver a maximum head of approximately 55.3 metres and a maximum flow rate of 233 litres per minute. The 2.2 kW motor operates on 220-240 V single-phase, drawing 10.1 Amps. Suction is Rp 40 mm and discharge is Rp 32 mm. The pump handles clean liquids up to 60°C.
The Mas-Control controller provides automatic pump start-stop based on system pressure. The mechanical seal is ceramic, carbon, and EPDM. The motor enclosure is IP55 with Class F insulation. Thermal protection is provided by an automatic reset overload device. The horizontal configuration is designed for floor mounting.
Installation requires a level, frost-protected surface with adequate ventilation. The pre-wired terminal junction box simplifies electrical connection. The pump is certified for drinking water use under WRAS and ACS. This system is suited to commercial applications requiring substantial head and flow with automated control.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

It's built with a 304 stainless steel body and stainless steel impellers, so it won't rust or corrode over time. It easily handles clean water at temperatures up to 60°C.
