Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel throughout the hydraulic assembly, the pump delivers a maximum head of approximately 65.5 metres and a maximum flow rate of 233 litres per minute. The 2.2 kW motor operates on a 220-240 V single-phase supply, drawing 11.5 Amps at rated load. Suction is Rp 40 mm and discharge is Rp 32 mm, both threaded. The pump handles clean liquids at temperatures up to 60°C.
The Mas-Control electronic controller provides automatic pump start-stop based on system pressure. The mechanical seal is ceramic, carbon, and EPDM. The motor enclosure is IP55 with Class F insulation, and automatic reset thermal overload protection is incorporated as standard. The horizontal close-coupled configuration is designed for floor mounting in commercial plant rooms.
Installation requires a level, frost-protected surface with adequate ventilation. The pre-wired terminal junction box simplifies electrical connection. The pump is certified for drinking water use under WRAS and ACS. - Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
