Product Overview
The Lowara 10HM09N40T is a precision-engineered pump. High-volume HVAC circulation systems and demanding commercial water treatment networks rely on structured centrifugal force generation. Facilities deploy this stainless steel water pump to support heavy utility operations and establish stable continuous temperature control processing.
Pumping capacities deliver a Max Head 102 m while sustaining a steady Max Flow 233 L/Min. The drive unit consumes 4 kW of energy running exclusively via a 415v three-phase electrical circuit. System connections dictate exactly 40 mm fittings for the suction and 32 mm for the discharge.
Fluid dynamic stability is achieved through a carefully aligned multistage arrangement. This non-self-priming centrifugal mechanism securely directs liquid mechanically from the axial inlet toward the radial outlet, optimizing high-capacity circulation pressure and limiting mechanical turbulence.
The fully metallic AISI 316 stainless steel construction protects vital wetted components from long-term operational wear. External defense is provided by a short-circuit squirrel-cage motor carrying an IP 55 environmental rating, combined with a highly precise mechanical seal.
FEATURES- Wetted parts constructed entirely from AISI 316 stainless steel
- Horizontal mechanical mounting configuration
- Air-cooled TEFC continuous duty electric surface motor
- Approved for safe drinking water usage (WRAS and ACS)
- Thermal electrical insulation system strictly rated to Class 155 (F)
- Precise O-ring mechanical seal preventing fluid displacement
- Operates safely with fluids ranging from -10°C to +120°C

In three-phase or single-phase connections, what electrical power rating and voltage feed apply?
Electrical feed requirements for the 10HM09N40T specify 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase running a 4 kW (5.5 HP) motor at 6.74 / 3.89 A.
How do the working pressure boundaries and fluid temperature specifications protect this booster?
Casing pressure resilience on the 10HM-09N-40T ensures a maximum working pressure capability of 16 bar (PN 16) across fluid temperatures from -10°C to +120°C.
Under full rotational speed, what peak dynamic head does this booster pump deliver?
Operating against elevation pressure, the 10HM 09N 40T achieves a peak dynamic head of approximately 102 m to raise water.
When supplying distribution lines, what peak fluid flow volume and pipe diameter are accommodated?
Connecting to service piping through Rp 1-1/2" (40 mm) suction and Rp 1-1/4" (32 mm) discharge, the 10HM_09N_40T discharges a maximum delivery flow of approximately 233 L/Min.
What structural metallurgy and precision seal face construction resist corrosion across components?
Corrosion mitigation in the 10HM09N40T is achieved through metallurgy of AISI 316L stainless steel pump casing, diffusers, and closed impellers and mechanical seals.
