Product Overview
The Lowara 1GSL11 represents a high-efficiency hydraulic pump end within the redesigned e-GS borehole family. Safe operation requires coupling this wet end with a standard 1.1 kW (1.47 HP) motor. Mounting configurations allow vertical deep wells or horizontal mounting inside cisterns.
Featuring a corrosion-resistant stainless steel external casing, this pump end houses a multi-stage hydraulic stack. The system utilizes 35 floating impellers made of PC/PPO + PS polymer. This configuration handles suspended sand up to 150 grams per cubic meter of fluid.
Coupled to a compatible 1.1 kW electric motor drawing 7.6 Amps on 240 V single-phase power, the system delivers a maximum head of 204.0 m. This multi-stage pump end has a maximum flow of 22.5 L/Min with a 32 mm Rp connection. Performance curves match manufacturer specifications.
The pump end handles water temperatures up to 35°C. Safe immersion depths reach up to 150 meters when using a 4OS motor or up to 300 meters with an L4C motor. Horizontal installation is possible for 4OS motors up to 2.2 kW and L4C motors up to 7.5 kW. The multi-stage design requires proper coupling with standard motors to maintain correct performance under standard system heads.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
How many sprinklers can the Lowara 1GS11 run at the same time?
With a peak flow of 22.5 L/Min, it delivers plenty of volume to run large farm irrigators or multiple garden sprinkler lines simultaneously.
What happens if my bore water level drops below the Lowara 1GS11?
This is a wet-end assembly and does not include a motor. Pair it with a compatible motor and use the motor/controller manufacturer's recommended overload and dry-run protection.
How much maintenance does the Lowara 1GS11 need?
Virtually none. The sealed bearings and shaft seals are lubricated for life, giving you years of trouble-free daily pumping.
How deep can the Lowara 1GS11 push water from underground?
With a maximum head of 204 m, it easily lifts water from deep bore shafts and pushes it across long pipe runs without losing pressure.
