Product Overview
Complex water treatment plants and industrial washing systems require stringent fluid distribution control. Technicians deploy the Lowara 3HM16N15T multistage centrifugal unit to support large-scale HVAC circulation networks and safely manage moderately aggressive processing liquids.
Operational performance establishes a Max Head 119 m alongside a Max Flow 73.3 L/Min. The electric drive relies on 1.5 kW of power functioning purely on a 415v three-phase supply. System connections dictate exact 25 mm fittings for both the suction and discharge pipework.
The internal hydraulic structure uses an end-suction horizontal layout configured for continuous mechanical operations. A carefully balanced closed impeller array securely guides water through the radial delivery port, optimizing circulation pressure and limiting turbulent behaviour.
Forged entirely from AISI 316L stainless steel, the major wetted parts maintain structural resilience against environmental fatigue. Protection systems include an IP 55 enclosed squirrel-cage motor and a specialized mechanical seal preventing fluid loss across extensive commercial applications.

How effectively does this multistage booster elevate liquid upward against gravity?
Elevating water across plant piping networks, the 3HM16N15T produces a maximum dynamic head of approximately 119 m.
Across primary distribution lines, what maximum fluid flow rate and pipe thread apply?
Fluid transfer volume peaks at a delivery flow rate of approximately 73.3 L/Min on the 3HM-16N-15T, plumbed with Rp 1" (25 mm) suction and Rp 1" (25 mm) discharge.
What corrosion-resistant alloy construction and mechanical seal components are built into this pump?
Manufactured with AISI 316L stainless steel pump casing, diffusers, and closed impellers, the 3HM 16N 15T utilizes precision mechanical seals to prevent corrosion across fluid passages.
Across commercial electrical distribution, what motor power rating and voltage feed energize this unit?
Electrical supply of 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase drives the 3HM_16N_15T, which features a 1.5 kW (2.0 HP) motor drawing 5.24 / 3.02 A.
What operating pressure capability and permissible fluid temperature range govern this booster?
High pressure durability on the 3HM16N15T sustains a maximum working pressure rating of 16 bar (PN 16) across fluid temperatures from -30°C to +120°C.
