Product Overview
Belonging to the 4-inch e-GS borehole range, the Lowara 4GS07 submersible pump end is a multi-stage hydraulic wet end. This component must be coupled to a compatible 0.75 kW (1.0 HP) motor to become functional. Standard well deployment is vertical, with horizontal mounting also available.
The wet end is built with a stainless steel outer sleeve to protect internal parts. Inside the pump casing, 9 floating impellers made of wear-resistant polymer components are arranged in series. The system allows handling of suspended sand up to 150 grams per cubic meter.
When paired with a 0.75 kW electric motor drawing a rated current of 5.6 Amps (240 V single-phase supply), the coupled wet end reaches a maximum head of 54.0 m. The pump end achieves a maximum flow of 90 L/Min via a 32 mm Rp outlet. Water flow is handled by the multi-stage hydraulics.
The hydraulic wet end is specified for submerged operations in liquid temperatures reaching up to 35°C. Operating depth limits are 150 meters with 4OS motors and up to 300 meters with L4C motors. Horizontal use is permissible with 4OS motors up to 2.2 kW and L4C motors up to 7.5 kW. The multi-stage design requires proper coupling with standard motors to maintain correct performance under standard system heads.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Will sand in my bore water ruin the Lowara 4GS07?
It uses Lowara's floating impeller design to handle up to 150 g/m³ of sand without clogging or wearing down internal parts.
Can I run the Lowara 4GS07 off a farm generator or solar inverter?
Yes, as long as your generator matches its 0.75 kW requirement. It is designed for continuous duty on a 240 V single-phase supply.
Is the Lowara 4GS07 safe to use in mineral-heavy or salty groundwater?
The pump uses stainless-steel wetted components; suitability for saline or aggressive water should be confirmed against the manufacturer's liquid-compatibility limits.
What pipe size connects to the Lowara 4GS07 discharge port?
It fits a standard 32 mm outlet connection. Using the right pipe diameter ensures you get the full 90 L/Min discharge flow.
