Product Overview
For deep groundwater extraction and borehole systems requiring additional hydraulic lift, the 4ZN612/11 provides an eleven-stage radial flow pump end within the ZN6 six-inch range. Its higher stage count provides the additional head required for deeper groundwater applications while maintaining a maximum flow of 275 L/Min.
The pump-end construction uses AISI 316 stainless steel, with AISI 316L stainless steel impellers and diffusers incorporating removable wear rings. The rotating shaft is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803 and the replaceable coupling is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. With a C4S motor, the installation operates within the motor-compatible temperature range up to 60°C and permits suspended sand up to 100 g/m³.
The 4ZN612/11 reaches a maximum head of 124 metres, with hydraulic performance specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B. Its discharge connection is the standard Rp 2 1/2– (65 mm) threaded port, while the standard 4-inch NEMA motor connection permits coupling with a C4S submersible motor. Maximum immersion depth is 300 metres when paired with C4S motors.
At the discharge end, the microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) head and lower support incorporate the integrated stainless steel non-return valve. Pre-drilled holes provide a defined attachment point for safety hooks, supporting the lowering and securing of the pump end during borehole installation.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.

- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

How many sprinklers can the Lowara 4ZN612-11 run at the same time?
With a peak flow of 275 L/Min, it delivers plenty of volume to run large farm irrigators or multiple garden sprinkler lines simultaneously.
What happens if my bore water level drops below the Lowara 4ZN612_11?
This is a wet-end assembly and does not include a motor. Pair it with a compatible motor and use the motor/controller manufacturer's recommended overload and dry-run protection.
How much maintenance does the Lowara 4ZN612/11 need?
Virtually none. The sealed bearings and shaft seals are lubricated for life, giving you years of trouble-free daily pumping.
How deep can the Lowara 4ZN612/11 push water from underground?
With a maximum head of 124 m, it easily lifts water from deep bore shafts and pushes it across long pipe runs without losing pressure.
