The Lowara 4ZN612/4-3 radial flow submersible pump handles groundwater supply, irrigation, and mine dewatering with its AISI 316 stainless steel wet end and compact 6-inch design. Continuous submersion in abrasive borehole conditions demands equipment that minimizes maintenance interruptions, and this 2.2 kW unit delivers through its all-stainless construction and replaceable coupling. The integrated non-return valve prevents backflow, while the 142 mm overall diameter fits standard casings.
Powered by a 415V three-phase motor drawing 6.1 Amps, maximum flow reaches 275 L/Min with shut-off head of 45.4 metres. Performance curves comply with EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B, ensuring predictable operation. The 65 mm discharge port connects to standard pipework, and the suction strainer limits sand ingress to 100 g/m³.
AISI 316 stainless steel throughout the wet end resists corrosion from aggressive groundwater and abrasive particles. The radial flow impeller includes a removable wear ring, allowing component replacement without full pump disassembly. The replaceable coupling simplifies routine servicing, reducing downtime in critical applications.
Weighing 27 kg, the pump features microcast stainless steel head and motor support castings. Safety hook holes on the discharge head facilitate secure lowering during installation. Liquid temperature tolerance extends to 60°C, and the unit accepts both C4S and L6W motor configurations.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
