Product Overview
For irrigation networks and industrial pressure boosting, the Lowara 4ZN612/8-3 delivers 90.7 metres of head from a 4 kW motor. Its AISI 316 stainless steel wet end and 6-inch radial flow design withstand aggressive groundwater conditions while maintaining consistent performance. The compact 142 mm diameter fits standard borehole casings, and the replaceable coupling allows for straightforward maintenance.
The 415V three-phase motor draws 9.8 Amps and achieves 275 L/Min maximum flow. Performance tolerances comply with EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B. The 65 mm discharge port connects to standard pipework, while the integrated non-return valve prevents backflow when the motor stops.
AISI 316 stainless steel construction resists corrosion and abrasion. The suction strainer limits sand ingress to 100 g/m³, protecting the radial flow impeller and its removable wear ring. For servicing, the replaceable coupling allows component access without full pump extraction.
Weighing 40 kg, the pump maintains a maximum outer diameter of 142 mm including cable guard. Microcast stainless steel forms the head and motor support structure. Liquid temperature tolerance is 60°C, and the pump accepts both C4S and L6W motor configurations.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
