For agricultural irrigation, groundwater supply and commercial water distribution, the 4ZN612/8 provides an eight-stage radial flow pump end for six-inch submersible installations. Its additional hydraulic stages provide increased lift while maintaining a maximum flow of 275 L/Min.
Its ZN6 construction uses AISI 316 stainless steel throughout the pump end, with AISI 316L stainless steel impellers and diffusers fitted with removable wear rings. A Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803 shaft supports the rotating assembly, while the replaceable coupling is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. The pump end is specified for suspended sand concentrations up to 100 g/m³.
With a C4S motor, the combined installation is suitable for water temperatures up to 60°C and achieves a maximum head of 90 metres. Performance is specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B, with delivery through the Rp 2 1/2” (65 mm) threaded connection. A standard 4-inch NEMA motor connection allows coupling with the C4S submersible motor, with maximum immersion depth of 300 metres.
The microcast discharge head incorporates an integrated stainless steel non-return valve and dedicated holes for safety-hook attachment. Together with the lower support, the ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) discharge construction provides the specified arrangement for lowering and securing the pump end in deep borehole installations.
