    Pairs well with

The six-stage 4ZN616/6 is configured for borehole installations where greater hydraulic lift is required while retaining the 367 L/Min maximum flow of the ZN6 range. With a maximum head of 73 metres, it provides a practical wet-end configuration for groundwater supply systems.

AISI 316 stainless steel forms the pump-end construction, while the impellers and diffusers use AISI 316L stainless steel and incorporate removable wear rings. The rotating shaft is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803, and the replaceable coupling is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. Suspended sand concentrations up to 100 g/m³ are permitted.

When coupled to a C4S submersible motor, the installation supports water temperatures up to 60°C. Hydraulic performance is specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B. The discharge uses the Rp 2 1/2” (65 mm) threaded connection, with a standard 4-inch NEMA motor connection and maximum immersion of 300 metres with a C4S motor.

The microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) discharge head and lower support include an integrated stainless steel non-return valve. Safety-hook holes provide attachment points for lowering and securing the pump end during installation.
