With eight radial stages and a maximum head of 98 metres, the 4ZN616/8 is intended for six-inch borehole installations requiring substantial hydraulic lift. Its maximum flow of 367 L/Min provides the capacity required for high-lift applications where additional head is necessary.
The ZN6 wet end is built in AISI 316 stainless steel, with AISI 316L stainless steel impellers and diffusers fitted with removable wear rings. The rotating shaft uses Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803 and the replaceable coupling uses Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. The pump end is specified for suspended sand up to 100 g/m³.
With a C4S motor, water temperatures up to 60°C are supported. Hydraulic performance is specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B, with discharge through the Rp 2 1/2” (65 mm) threaded outlet. The standard 4-inch NEMA motor connection is compatible with the C4S motor, with maximum immersion of 300 metres.
The discharge assembly uses a microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) head and lower support with an integrated stainless steel non-return valve. Safety-hook holes are incorporated for installation and controlled lowering.
