Product Overview
Large-scale irrigation and industrial water supply require pumps that combine corrosion resistance with sustained flow capability. The Lowara 4ZN631/6-3 pairs a 6-inch wet end with a 4-inch motor, delivering 667 L/Min for demanding water transfer applications. The hydraulic stages maintain stable performance across varying duty cycles.
Wear ring replacement is simplified by the removable design, reducing maintenance downtime. AISI 316 stainless steel construction throughout the wet end provides corrosion resistance in aggressive groundwater. The suction strainer limits sand ingress to 100 grams per cubic metre. Non-return valve integration prevents backflow when the motor stops.
Operating on 415V three-phase supply, the motor draws 17.9 Amps and achieves 86.9 metres of shut-off head. Flow capacity is 667 L/Min through the Rp 3 discharge outlet. Performance testing to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B ensures reliable operation.
Class F insulation and IP68 rating support immersion to 300 metres. The Duplex stainless steel shaft provides mechanical strength, while AISI 316L tie rods offer structural support. NEMA compatibility and safety hook holes facilitate installation.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
