When flow capacity is the primary consideration, the Lowara 5HM03P-PT8 delivers exceptional volume. This packaged system combines a higher-flow multistage pump with an 8-litre APT pressure vessel, making it ideal for larger domestic water distribution, commercial irrigation, and other applications where substantial water delivery is required.
The pump body is AISI 304 stainless steel with Noryl™ impellers. Maximum head is approximately 28.6 metres and maximum flow is 120 litres per minute. The 0.5 kW motor operates on 220–240 V single-phase, drawing 3.38 Amps. Suction is Rp 32 mm and discharge is Rp 25 mm. The pump handles clean liquids up to 60°C.
The 8-litre pressure vessel stores water under pressure to reduce pump cycling during low-demand periods. The mechanical seal is ceramic, carbon, and EPDM. The motor enclosure is IP55 with Class F insulation. Thermal protection is provided by an automatic reset overload device. The horizontal configuration is designed for floor mounting.
The unit is supplied with a pre-wired terminal junction box. The pump is certified for drinking water use under WRAS and ACS. Installation requires a level, frost-protected surface with adequate ventilation. The larger suction port facilitates higher flow rates in pipework systems where flow capacity is important.
