Product Overview
Designed for demanding residential and light commercial environments, the Lowara 5HM03P05M serves as an essential solution for pressure boosting, climate control, and irrigation systems. This horizontal multistage centrifugal pump is engineered for environments requiring steady water movement and consistent flow, ensuring that pressure remains stable across various usage points. Its compact architecture makes it particularly effective for installations where space is at a premium, without sacrificing the mechanical integrity required for ongoing operational service.
The system utilizes advanced hydraulic design to achieve peak performance levels, providing a maximum capacity of Max Head 30.3 m and Max Flow 120 L/Min. Equipped with a 0.5 kW motor, the pump maintains efficiency through its high-grade construction and precise engineering. The unit features inlet and outlet ports of 32 mm and 25 mm respectively, allowing for seamless integration into existing pipework configurations while minimizing turbulence and flow restriction during operation.
Technological refinement is at the core of the 5HM03P05M, featuring a single-piece fabricated AISI 304 stainless steel pump body coupled with resilient technopolymer impellers. This configuration balances durability with cost-effective efficiency, while the integrated seal housing and EPDM elastomers ensure the system remains sealed under varying pressure conditions. The 2-pole TEFC motor configuration promotes longevity and heat dissipation, supporting stable, continuous duty cycles across diverse clean liquid handling applications.
Installation is simplified by the robust motor-to-pump flange connection, which relies on a single O-ring seal to effectively mitigate leakage risks. Designed to perform reliably in ambient temperatures up to 45°C for single-phase models, the pump includes automatic thermal overload protection to guard against unforeseen electrical stress. Its standardized suction height and compact footprint facilitate straightforward maintenance access, ensuring long-term operational ease for building service and filtration utility operators.
