The Lowara 5HM03S-PT8 is a high-flow pressure-boosting system with stainless steel hydraulics, combining a 20.9-metre pump with an 8-litre APT pressure vessel. The stainless steel construction makes this unit suitable for residential and light commercial applications where corrosion resistance is required for long-term reliability in clean water service.
The AISI 304 stainless steel pump body and impellers deliver a maximum head of approximately 20.9 metres and a maximum flow rate of 142 litres per minute. The 0.5 kW motor operates on 220-240 V single-phase, drawing 2.8 Amps. Suction is Rp 32 mm and discharge is Rp 25 mm. The pump handles clean liquids up to 60°C.
The 8-litre pressure vessel reduces pump cycling during low-demand periods. The mechanical seal is ceramic, carbon, and EPDM. The motor enclosure is IP55 with Class F insulation. Thermal protection is provided by an automatic reset overload device. The horizontal close-coupled configuration is designed for floor mounting.
Installation requires a level, frost-protected surface with adequate ventilation. The pre-wired terminal junction box simplifies electrical connection. The pump is certified for drinking water use under WRAS and ACS. The stainless steel hydraulic components provide increased corrosion resistance in clean-water applications.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
