Product Overview
Engineered for versatility, the Lowara 5HM04P07M horizontal multistage centrifugal pump supports clean water supply and pressure boosting across residential and medium-sized commercial sectors. This unit is specifically configured for irrigation systems, water treatment processes, and climate control installations where consistent, quiet performance is required. Its compact architecture facilitates integration into tight utility spaces, providing a solution for facilities that demand dependable liquid movement without the footprint of larger industrial pumps.
The hydraulic assembly delivers reliable output with a maximum capacity of Max Head 41.5 m and Max Flow 120 L/Min. Powered by a 0.75 kW motor at 240v, the system balances energy efficiency with flow output. Engineered with a durable 32 mm suction and 25 mm delivery connection, the pump manages clean liquids effectively while maintaining structural integrity. The use of technopolymer impellers ensures smooth fluid dynamics, minimizing vibration throughout the operational range to preserve the longevity of the motor.
Construction relies on a high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel body, offering resistance to corrosion in various aqueous environments. The TEFC squirrel-cage motor configuration provides thermal stability and protection, while the balanced impeller design reduces axial thrust during peak demand. This series features a single-piece fabricated body with a precision O-ring seal, specifically designed to mitigate leakage risks and ensure long-term hydraulic efficiency for continuous-duty applications.
Installation is simplified by standard metric cable glands and a robust motor adapter, allowing for rapid integration into existing plumbing configurations. The pump includes integrated automatic reset thermal protection for safe operation during fluctuating usage cycles. Designed for clean water handling, this equipment should be positioned in well-ventilated areas to optimize ambient cooling. The IPX5 enclosure provides protection against water jets, making it suitable for varied indoor or sheltered outdoor utility environments.
Features:
- Certified for drinking water contact under WRAS and ACS standards
- Balanced rotating components reduce mechanical stress on bearings
