Product Overview
The Lowara 5HM05P-PT8 delivers the ideal combination of flow and head for demanding residential and light commercial boosting applications. This high-flow packaged system pairs a 49.3-metre pump with an 8-litre APT pressure vessel, making it suitable for larger domestic supply, commercial irrigation, and other installations requiring substantial water delivery.
The pump features an AISI 304 stainless steel body with Noryl™ impellers. Maximum head is approximately 49.3 metres and maximum flow is 120 litres per minute. The 0.95 kW motor operates on 220-240 V single-phase, drawing 5.69 Amps. Suction is Rp 32 mm and discharge is Rp 25 mm. The pump is rated for clean liquids up to 60°C.
The 8-litre pressure vessel stores water under pressure to reduce pump cycling. The mechanical seal is ceramic, carbon, and EPDM. The motor enclosure is IP55 with Class F insulation. Thermal protection is provided by an automatic reset overload device. The horizontal close-coupled configuration is designed for floor mounting.
Installation requires a level, frost-protected surface with adequate ventilation. The pre-wired terminal junction box simplifies electrical connection. The pump is certified for drinking water use under WRAS and ACS. The system is intended for clean water applications and should be installed with adequate clearance for maintenance access.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
