Product Overview
The Lowara 5HM08S-APC22 combines the 54.8-metre high-flow pump with stainless steel hydraulics and an APC22 electronic pressure controller. This configuration is suited to applications requiring automated pump control without a separate pressure vessel. The controller responds to system pressure, starting and stopping the pump as demand changes.
The AISI 304 stainless steel pump body and impellers deliver a maximum head of approximately 54.8 metres and a maximum flow rate of 142 litres per minute. The 0.95 kW motor operates on 220-240 V single-phase, drawing 5.97 Amps. Suction is Rp 32 mm and discharge is Rp 25 mm. The pump handles clean liquids up to 60°C.
The APC22 controller provides automatic pump start-stop based on system pressure. The mechanical seal is ceramic, carbon, and EPDM. The motor enclosure is IP55 with Class F insulation. Thermal protection is provided by an automatic reset overload device. The unit is designed for floor mounting.
Electrical connections are made through a pre-wired terminal junction box. The pump is certified for drinking water use under WRAS and ACS. The stainless steel hydraulic components make this variant suitable for corrosion-resistant applications. The controller enables automated operation without a separate pressure vessel.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
