Product Overview
The Lowara 5HM12S15M horizontal multistage centrifugal pump is engineered for demanding building and industrial fluid handling applications requiring consistent, high-pressure delivery. Designed to manage clean liquids with precision, this unit operates efficiently in pressure boosting circuits, water supply systems, and irrigation networks. Its architecture focuses on maintaining stable flow rates across varying head requirements, ensuring effective liquid movement in both residential and light industrial environments where reliability is paramount.
Built for demanding hydraulic duty cycles, this model achieves a Max Head 84.7 m and a Max Flow 142 L/Min. The power unit is a high-efficiency IE3 motor delivering 1.5 kW at 240v, operating with a rated current of 9.07 Amps. The system connections feature a 32 mm suction port and a 25 mm delivery port, facilitating seamless integration into existing piping infrastructure. The pump housing and internals are specifically configured to manage fluids within a temperature range of -10°C to +60°C.
Hydraulic stability is central to the design of the e-HM series, utilizing a multi-stage arrangement to achieve significant pressure output without sacrificing mechanical integrity. The flow path is optimized to reduce internal turbulence, while the stainless steel construction of all wetted components ensures resistance to corrosion during continuous operation. This configuration allows for consistent staging of fluid movement, providing a stable pressure profile suitable for systems requiring prolonged, steady-state water delivery.
This pump features a close-coupled mechanical construction that simplifies installation and reduces the total footprint of the system. The motor is a TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) arrangement with an IP55 protection rating, ensuring resilience against environmental particulates. Equipped with AISI 304 stainless steel internals, the unit provides sustained operational safety in clean water applications. It is engineered for long-term serviceability with standard mechanical seal configurations consistent with EN 12756 requirements.
Features:
- TEFC 2-pole asynchronous motor with IP55 ingress protection
- AISI 304 stainless steel liquid-contacting pump housing
- Premium efficiency IE3 motor architecture for reduced energy consumption
- Designed for clean liquid transfer within industrial pressure circuits
- Close-coupled design for simplified maintenance and reduced space footprint
