    Pairs well with

Forming the hydraulic wet end of a submersible pump system, the Lowara 6GS40R is a redesigned 4-inch e-GS borehole component. This model is specified for coupling with a 4.0 kW (5.33 HP) electric motor. Well installation allows vertical placement or horizontal mounting inside tanks.

A stainless steel casing houses the multi-stage hydraulics, protecting the internal floating stack. This model is equipped with 33 floating impellers made of wear-resistant polymer. The system handles suspended sand particles up to a maximum of 150 grams per cubic meter.

Upon coupling this pump end to its specified 4.0 kW motor (rated for 9.8 Amps on 415 V three-phase power), the combined unit reaches a maximum head of 179.9 m. It delivers a maximum flow of 140 L/Min through a Rp 1-1/4" (32 mm) port. High volumetric delivery is maintained under load.

Continuous service is possible in liquid temperatures reaching up to a maximum of 35°C. The assembly is specified for submergence depths up to 150 meters with a 4OS motor or up to 300 meters with an L4C motor. Horizontal deployment is possible within motor limits. The multi-stage design requires proper coupling with standard motors to maintain correct performance under standard system heads.

    FEATURES
    • Features 33 multi-stage floating impellers to drastically limit wear and abrasion from suspended sand particles.
    • Constructed with a sturdy stainless steel outer sleeve to limit corrosion and protect internal hydraulic components.
    • Includes an integrated stainless steel strainer to filter out oversized particles and prevent debris entry.
    • Features a hexagonal pump shaft design that distributes mechanical torque without vulnerable keyed joints.
    • The upper and lower brackets are made of precision-cast stainless steel to establish a sturdy motor coupling.
    • ErP/Ecodesign compliant in accordance with strict European Minimum Efficiency Index of 0.40 or higher.
    • Suitable for continuous submerged operations in liquid temperatures reaching up to a maximum of 35°C.
