A 4.0 kW three-phase motor on 415 V draws 9.8 Amps during normal operation. Maximum flow reaches 183 L/Min, while maximum head extends to 154.9 metres at shut-off. The motor requires a minimum fluid velocity of 8 cm/s around the casing for effective cooling, and supports up to 30 starts per hour. This performance suits applications requiring substantial lift and moderate flow.
Floating stack construction permits sand concentrations up to 150 g/m³ to pass without compromising internal clearances. The hexagonal pump shaft ensures reliable torque transfer across all stages, while the front wear ring works with the floating impeller to improve abrasion resistance. An integrated stainless steel check valve prevents destructive backflow when the motor stops.
Precision-cast stainless steel upper and lower support brackets maintain alignment between the pump and motor. The 99 mm casing diameter fits standard 4-inch boreholes, with a 50 mm threaded outlet. Rated for continuous submersion in liquids up to 35°C, the complete package includes a heatshrink kit for waterproof electrical connections.

- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.

- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
