Utilizing submersible pumps for clean and slightly dirty water manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel, this unit extracts fluid. The system supports emptying of tanks and reservoirs, processing domestic drainage from showers across industrial applications.
Connected to a three-phase 415v configuration, the 1.5 kW motor draws 3.89 Amps to establish steady action. The assembly achieves a maximum flow rate of approximately 420 L/Min and reaches a maximum head of 17.3 m. The dry electric motor is continuously cooled by the pumped liquid, safely supporting fluid handling up to a maximum liquid temperature of 50°C.
Friction is controlled by the DRIVELUB SEAL SYSTEM, a multiple seal layout surrounding an oil chamber. This merges a V-ring with a silicon carbide mechanical seal to block infiltration. The diffuser plate is coated with polyurethane for resistance to abrasion. Fluid is managed via a 32 mm base inlet and exits through a 32 mm outlet.
With a net weight of 16.5 kg, the device supports stable positioning within catchments. Delivering Class F insulation, the unit includes an H07RN-F power cord extending 10 meters. The assembly meets IPX8 protection standards for long-term underwater activation.
