This premium protective housing ensures the internal motor system remains structurally intact even during continuous submersion. The specialized Vortex Impeller allows for the unobstructed transit of suspended solids up to 50 mm.
Powered by a reliable 1.1 kW Single-phase 240v motor, the unit pulls 6.11 Amps under rigorous operational duty cycles. The internal dry motor configuration utilizes the surrounding liquid medium for crucial thermal dissipation, ensuring stable mechanical performance within the 35°C liquid temperature limitation.
Delivering robust hydraulic performance, the pump achieves a maximum flow of approximately 550 L/Min and a max head of 8.8 m. The large 50 mm inlet and outlet port dimensions reduce internal friction during heavy effluent transfer. A sophisticated DRIVELUB multiple seal system, incorporating a silicon carbide mechanical seal and an oil chamber, continuously safeguards the motor assembly.
