Product Overview

Integrating cleanly into commercial infrastructure, this equipment provides dependable fluid scaling for process cooling systems and industrial washing mechanisms. Facility engineers utilize this unit to distribute mildly aggressive liquids across process lines, maintaining precise environmental tolerances within complex manufacturing architectures.

Output capacities outline a Max Head reaching approximately 14.4 m alongside a Max Flow of approximately 366 L/Min. The electrical framework mandates a 415v three-phase power source, drawing 1.71 Amps to operate the 0.75 kW motor. The flanged piping configuration consists of a 50 mm axial suction inlet and a 32 mm radial discharge port.

Fluid motion is directed through a precisely machined single-stage centrifugal chamber. The mechanical assembly utilizes a rigid stub shaft bracket that keys the standard motor extension directly to the enclosed impeller. This approach promotes excellent suction lift capabilities and stable flow behaviour throughout extended operational runtimes.

To prevent material degradation and chemical wear, the housing and internal elements are crafted from AISI 316 stainless steel. The sealing block features a Ceramic/Carbon mechanical seal paired with FKM elastomers. The entire unit operates safely under an IP55 protection degree, accommodating fluid temperatures ranging from -10 °C to +120 °C.
