Product Overview

Supporting critical fluid scaling operations, this equipment is deployed primarily for industrial clean water handling and commercial supply networks. Engineers integrate this system to process non-aggressive liquids, ensuring consistent facility utility management within varying operational environments.

The technical documentation specifies a Max Head reaching approximately 23.3 m and a Max Flow scaling to approximately 402 L/Min. This specific model consumes 3.18 Amps during operation and requires a 415v three-phase power source for its 1.5 kW motor. The flanged piping setup consists of a 50 mm suction inlet and a 32 mm outlet.

Circulation characteristics are established by a horizontal single-stage hydraulic layout. An adapter bracket with a stub shaft keys the motor strictly to the precisely machined closed impeller. This structural configuration sustains excellent suction capabilities while minimizing internal turbulence across the designated commercial performance curve.

To resist environmental degradation, the main casing and rotating counter-wear rings are constructed entirely from AISI 316 stainless steel. Fluid containment relies on a factory-fitted Ceramic, Carbon, and FKM mechanical mechanism. Thermal endurance is verified for liquids ranging from -10 °C up to +120 °C, protected by an IP55 electrical enclosure.
