Product Overview
Addressing the fluid transfer requirements of industrial heating and commercial building services, this single stage centrifugal pump delivers targeted liquid management across high-capacity infrastructure. Facility operators rely on this unit to handle clear water and mildly aggressive fluids, ensuring consistent operational parameters are met safely within complex thermal networks.
Technical specifications outline a Max Head scaling to approximately 22.1 m alongside a Max Flow of approximately 1398 L/Min. The electrical architecture demands a 415v three-phase supply, utilizing 7.74 Amps to power the 4.0 kW industrial drive. The physical piping connections consist of a 65 mm flanged intake port and a 50 mm radial discharge port.
Hydraulic momentum is controlled through a precision-engineered single-stage centrifugal chamber utilizing an end-suction geometry. The physical framework incorporates a stub shaft adapter bracket, which keys the standard motor extension directly to the enclosed impeller. This rigid mechanical coupling minimizes alignment deviation during extended runtime.
Fabricated and cast entirely from AISI 316 stainless steel, the primary housing and rotating elements resist long-term material degradation. The internal shaft relies on a standardized Ceramic/Carbon mechanical seal integrated with FKM elastomers to prevent fluid ingress. The motor features an IP55 protection degree, safely tolerating liquid temperatures from -10 °C to +120 °C.
